My personal story: A few years ago I over committed to.....(you name it) and thought I could multi task like nobodies business! (after all, we are women, hear us roar)!
I was feeling very anxious for a few days & couldn't shake it, so I visited my Doctor. She prescribed ZOLOFT (she told me it was my nerves & part of aging). Two days later I was in the EMERGENCY ROOM, crying hysterically!
I immediately stopped taking the pills & began my fast recovery to natural health; Simplify my life & keep dancing!
I really believe that if I didn't have a wonderful hobby, outlet, creative expression....MY RECOVERY MIGHT HAVE TAKEN A WHILE.
The warning sign(s) were overlooked and I was very embarrassed that this happened to me, especially when I was giving others advise on slowing down!
This gentle flowing, elegant movement will reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve your health.
The moves are graceful and derived from dance-like poses. Imagine:"meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements; connecting the mind/ body & spirit.
